The game lags and crashes all the time, help what should I do?
Why can’t I play your game on my device?

As you can imagine there are massive amount of devices out there. We are trying our best to make our apps playable on as many of these devices as we can. However as each device operates differently it isn’t possible for us to support them all. Please be patient, but also understand that we cannot guarantee if you’ll ever be able to play them on the device that you currently own.

Can I transfer my in-game progress between devices via iCloud?
Unfortunately no, all in-app purchases and progress made in-game whilst playing are tied to the individual device only. We currently don’t have the resources to offer a service which supports this. However we do have plans to move to a users platform sometime in the future, and will be giving out goodies to our more dedicated players, win!
I didn’t receive my in-app purchase(s) from the App Store!
Ack, sorry to hear this! Obviously something went wrong at some stage during the transaction. First of all make sure to reboot your device and check again. If you are still having no luck your best next step would be to contact iTunes Support as we don’t have the authority to refund you. Regardless please contact us here at FGOL if you have been experiencing issues with your purchases, as we’d like to know!
Is it possible to get a refund for my in-app purchase(s)?

Unfortunately we don’t have the authority to provide refunds for purchases made with Apple. Your best next step would be to contact them at iTunes Support.

How do I sync my game with my iTunes account?

IMPORTANT You cannot restore your backup on multiple iOS devices!

Why are no video ads are showing?
Have you been watching the video ads a lot? If so that’s probably why they’re not displaying at the moment. Give them a break for a bit and then come back to watch them later. It’s worth noting that the video ads are handled by a third party so we don’t have direct control over them here at FGOL.

Ack, sorry to hear this! Obviously something went wrong at some stage during the transaction. First of all make sure to reboot your device and check again. If you still haven’t received your in-app purchase here’s what to do…

If the purchase was made on Google Play you can either contact them directly or contact one of the members of our Support team via the Support tab on this page.

If the purchase was made on Amazon your best next step would be to contact Amazon Support as we don’t have the authority to refund you. Regardless please contact us here at FGOL if you have been experiencing issues with your purchases, as we’d like to know!

Is it possible to get a refund for my in-app purchase(s)?
If it is a reasonable request, then yes it is. However us here at FGOL are only able to handle Google Play refunds within 7 days of purchase. Contact our Support team via the red Support tab on the top right of this page with both your transaction receipts and Google Wallet sign-in.

Alternatively you can also contact Google Play with these same details.

Everyone else seems to be able to battle the Giant Enemy Crab but me! Why is that?
We’re sorry to say that the Giant Enemy Crabs haven’t been included on every device out there. This is due to memory limitations and the fact that certain ones aren’t powerful enough to support the extra content. We always work towards making the game available for ‘lower spec’ phones and tablets yet cannot guarantee solid results at present. However we still suggest you to update the game regularly to ensure it runs as smooth as possible.
The tilt controls aren’t functioning correctly, what on earth is going on!?
For unexplainable reasons sometimes devices decide to tamper with your control method. This is easily fixed, simply turn your device off and on again. Simple right? However if the problem persists please get in touch by using the Support Tab (can you see it at the top right of the screen?
Where’s the Record Button in my game?
Don’t panic this isn’t a bug! All this means is that you are playing the game NOT on an iOS device. Unfortunately this option only exists for Apple products, so sorry folks!
I just updated my iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch to iOS 7 and then I saw this error message: ‘Failed to load saved game! Your saved game cannot be loaded due to change in iOS 7’ HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO!?
Firstly take a deep breath. Okay? As long as you follow the steps correctly your in-game progress can be salvaged.
During them you’ll be asked to enter your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Address, these can be located in your iOS device’s Settings -> About -> Wi-Fi Address/Bluetooth (they’ll look a little something like this: A1:B1:1C:01:02:3D). Hold down your finger and copy your Wi-Fi Address first then paste it in the entry box (try the Bluetooth afterwards).
Do you support multilanguage?
Yes! Hungry Shark Evolution supports: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian & Brazilian. More languages will follow shortly.
Can I play with my friends?
Unfortunately not at this stage, however you can compete with your friends’ highscores on the online leaderboards. So hop to it!

Little Raiders will be coming to Android and Kindle eventually too.

Any older devices are not supported as they are not powerful enough to run the game at an acceptable speed.Sorry for any inconvenience.
